White Knight Gallery Exhibition

We Care Arts was pleased to present a dual exhibition gallery featuring two of our programs emerging artists!

We celebrated 26 years and counting of our program’s success with our debut gallery showcasing one of a kind ceramic pieces and acrylic paintings by featured artists: Teresa White & Mitchell Knight

Teresa White is a sculptor from Dayton, OH. She enjoys creating whimsical animal shapes, drawing inspiration from colors and forms in nature. She finds happiness in the process of developing each piece and sharing her art with others.

Mitchell Knight is a painter from Dayton, OH. He graduated from Chaminade Julienne High School. Mitchell enjoys art because it allows him to focus on what he is creating and enjoy that moment. Mitchell specializes in abstract paintings on canvas. His work is inspired by the lines and shapes found in art by Paul Klee and other modern artists.

We kicked off our weekend with friends and supporters with exclusive art pieces, wine and refreshments and a special reception. Thank you to all members of our community who came out to support We Care Arts at this debut event. Empowering and developing artists is at the heart of our program. We are thankful for those who viewed and took home beautiful art pieces! Artists in our studio continue to amaze us. We cannot wait to see what our artists do in the coming months. Enjoy a few photos from the evening!
