Mental Health

Art is a fantastic way to explore emotions, inner conflict, and relieve anxiety. Art helps to develop a sense of self and can be used to manage anger, behavior, and addiciton. Many of our artists are experiencing significant changes, trauma, or challenging life situations. Our studio provides a safe sapce for these individuals to heal and grow.
