What is an ISP Specialist?
Brandi Frederick joined the We Care Arts Team in April 2023 in the newly developed ISP Specialist position. She brings to our team experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant focused on care for older adults and adults with disabilities, and client support experience at CareSource. Her role at WCA is getting to know all of our artists, and working with each artist and their teachers to develop goals, track progress, and artist satisfaction with our programs.
She meets with individuals and their teams to ensure meaningful, achievable goals are set, and analyzes artist feedback to improve our programs.
In the short time Brandi has been here she has updated all client files, corrected the way files have been entered into our database, assisted with promoting our programs in the community, and provided intake tours that have increased our ArtWorks attendance by 10%.
