We Care Arts Gift Shop & Employment Services

The We Care Arts Gift Shop is always thrilled to introduce new items to our store. The transition from late summer to early fall is one of our favorite times of the year, and we’ve already started bringing in some of our Halloween art and decorations to prepare for the spooky season. Our retail associate clients love decorating the store to compliment our art displays, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We’re excited to participate in various events this season, including Kettering’s Holiday at Home Arts and Crafts Festival. 

In addition to new paintings and ceramics at our shop, we’re particularly excited to announce that we’ve started selling our very own WCA Art Kits. Each kit includes a flyer, materials for seasonal-themed projects, and a link to our WCA Art Video tutorial. By purchasing these kits, you help us continue our programs and make a difference in our community. 

Our Employment Services participants have been honing the skill of SMART goal setting. By learning how to set Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Timely goals, they are better equipped to advocate for themselves and plan for their future. Goal setting can be a powerful tool in turning dreams into reality. These goals also help us as job coaches to better guide participants and focus on methods that support them achieving their goals.
