Position Responsibilities

  • Provide positive customer service experience
  • Provide answers to basic questions regarding We Care Arts and its programming
  • Provide contact information for answers to more in-depth inquiries
  • Manage financial transactions
  • Dedicated to We Care Arts’ mission

Requirements

  • Basic customer service skills
  • Basic financial skills
  • Ability and willingness to meet the time commitment made to WCA
  • Signing of volunteer waiver must be completed before any volunteer hours can be logged
  • Ability and willingness to arrive 15 minutes before your shift starts
