Leveraging Grant Rewards for Maximum Impact

In a world where inclusivity is not just a choice but a necessity, we are thrilled to share a significant milestone in our journey to create a space that welcomes everyone. Thanks to a generous grant from Brighter Tomorrow, we have introduced a new bariatric chair to our facility, marking a significant step towards accommodating the diverse needs of all artist-clients. This addition is not just furniture; it’s a beacon of our commitment to ensuring that everyone feels welcomed and valued in our space.

But our efforts towards inclusivity and enhancing our programs don’t stop there. The first quarter of the year has been a testament to the support we’ve received from various philanthropic organizations. We are so grateful for the support of our community foundations. Through their generosity, we’ve been able to secure several grants that are pivotal in broadening our horizons and deepening our impact. William’s Gifts graciously contributed $5,125, Dorwood Optimist Club provided $1,500, PNC Bank extended their support with $1,000, the Cole Family Foundation donated $2,500, and the Montgomery County Arts and Cultural District made a significant impact with $20,065. These funds are instrumental in supporting our programming, special events, and the crucial Transition To Work initiatives.

Each grant, including the one from Brighter Tomorrow that facilitated the acquisition of our new bariatric chair, is a building block in our mission to not only serve our artist-clients but to also set a standard for what inclusivity looks like in action. We are expanding our programming, enhancing our events, and enriching our Transition To Work initiatives to not only meet the current needs of our artist-clients but to also anticipate and prepare for future demands.
